Hello, I’m Hayley — filmmaker, creative soul, mum, and the heart behind Forever Footage Wedding Films.

Chapter One: Where It All Began

My love of storytelling began at just seven years old — tapping away at imagined worlds of fairies, toadstools and dragonflies, with classical music playing softly in the background.

At school, I dreamed of becoming a film director. The idea of turning emotion into something visual, something lasting, completely captivated me. Although life took a few different turns along the way, that creative spark never left.

Chapter Two: A Realisation

After my own wedding day — a day filled with love, laughter and a little too much champagne — I realised just how quickly it all passes.

The months of planning, the anticipation, the emotion… and then suddenly, it’s over.

My biggest regret? Not having a wedding film.

Photographs are beautiful, but I longed to hear the voices again. To see the movement. To feel the atmosphere as it truly was.

That realisation changed everything.

Chapter Three: The Dream

Determined to ensure other couples would never feel that same sense of “I wish we had…”, I immersed myself in learning the art of filmmaking. I taught myself the technical skills, refined my eye for storytelling, and discovered how to edit in a way that captures not just moments — but emotion.

Today, I film weddings across Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Wales, Staffordshire, Warwickshire and beyond.

When you choose me, it’s me behind the camera throughout your day — quietly observing, thoughtfully composing, carefully preserving every meaningful moment. My approach is personal, intentional and completely focused on telling your story with authenticity and heart.

I may not be directing Hollywood films (yet), but I truly believe the most powerful stories are the real ones — the ones filled with genuine love, connection and joy.

Thank you for taking the time to get to know me.

I can’t wait to tell your story.

With love, always,
Thomasxx ✨
